As Client Services Manager at Apex Advice, my job is to ensure all client calls regarding existing policies are handled in a professional manner. My team provides assistance with all your risk insurance and investment queries. When you call with a question about your policy, the existing business team will do their best to resolve your queries within the shortest space of time.
Having started my career in banking in South Africa, I moved to Auckland and joined Apex in 2003 as a Financial Adviser before moving to the Administration side of things. I find my work experience greatly benefits my current role, which is both challenging and very rewarding.
In my spare time, I'm a keen amateur photographer and enjoy travelling and spending time with friends and family.
