Marketing and Communications Specialist

This is an exciting time for Apex Advice Group. We are growing fast, and we need a marketing generalist to join our team to help us deliver exciting, innovative projects. We are looking for a candidate with a can-do attitude, ready to learn and take on new challenges. Being tech-savvy is a must.

No two days will be the same. You will be exposed to a variety of projects and activities, working closely with the team and company Directors, while having ownership of your projects. Bring your ideas to the table to help us engage with our customers.

Job description

  • CRM management – work with our Salesforce instance to create reports, analyse information and manage data.
  • Branding – help enhance our brand and be an active brand custodian
  • Marketing campaigns – create eDM, newsletters and content for the company Blog. Update the company website and monitor social media activity. Help build engaging client journeys.
  • Event planning – help plan and run several internal events during the year, including an annual Sales Conference
  • Customer satisfaction – manage customer satisfaction survey and NPS surveys.
  • Internal communications – communicate important messages to staff across regional offices.
  • Sales support – help our successful sales team with reports and campaigns.
