Once again, it is mandatory to wear a face covering on public transport in Auckland, and on all domestic flights for the foreseeable future. The government is also looking at extending this to the rest of the country.
Staff at Apex masked up during the August outbreak and we will be masking up again. We’ve seen first-hand how Covid-19 affected the lives of our clients and created challenges for many households and businesses. Wearing face masks is a small price to pay to protect our whānau and community from further spread.
During these trying times, as businesses shut down one after another, it is more crucial than ever to support local. The team at Apex managed to get our hands on some anti-viral and anti-bacterial face masks from AVIRO, a family owned Kiwi business. They were the world’s first anti-viral clothing company – producing a range of high-tech, reusable face masks and clothing.
The feedback we’ve received so far has been that they are extremely comfortable and easy to wear. For businesses, they can also be customised with your branding. If you are interested in these masks, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or visit their website here.
Let’s all do our part to keep NZ safe by masking up.
