What do you worry about?

BNZ surveyed 2000 New Zealanders to find out what their biggest money worries are. The answers depends on people's age. The survey did find that across all ages, 31% of people said that saving for retirement was their biggest money worry. In the age group of 50 to 64 year olds, the number of people concerned about their retirement savings went up to 49%. Read this article from the NZ Herald to learn more.

From our perspective, this is concerning. The time to think about your retirement funds is now, not 5 years before you retire. KiwiSaver is a good way to save for retirement, but there are other ways you can explore. The best plan is one that is tailor made for you.
