Adviser Support - Tauranga

The Apex Advice Group Tauranga branch are searching for an Administrative Support person to perform clerical duties to help our office run smooth and efficiently.  You have a professional, friendly, client-focused approach with previous experience in an administration support role then this is the role for you.

Duties:

  1. Assist with existing business requirements of the branch.
  2. Preparation of policy schedules
  3. Communicating with clients regarding queries
  4. Client data-entry
  5. Receptions and telephone
  6. General office administration duties

 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Relevant experience in administration role
  • Good command of the English language
  • A clean credit and police check is required
  • Provide a valid Covid-19 vaccine pass

 

Skills and competencies:

  • Methodical, organized with high attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with numbers and Excel
  • Effective communication skills both in person and in writing
  • Capable of multitasking without compromising quality of work
  • Ability to understand and interpret basic financial information
