The Apex Advice Group Tauranga branch are searching for an Administrative Support person to perform clerical duties to help our office run smooth and efficiently. You have a professional, friendly, client-focused approach with previous experience in an administration support role then this is the role for you.
Duties:
- Assist with existing business requirements of the branch.
- Preparation of policy schedules
- Communicating with clients regarding queries
- Client data-entry
- Receptions and telephone
- General office administration duties
Ideal Candidate:
- Relevant experience in administration role
- Good command of the English language
- A clean credit and police check is required
- Provide a valid Covid-19 vaccine pass
Skills and competencies:
- Methodical, organized with high attention to detail
- Comfortable working with numbers and Excel
- Effective communication skills both in person and in writing
- Capable of multitasking without compromising quality of work
- Ability to understand and interpret basic financial information
