Accounts and Administration Assistant

We are currently looking for an Account and Administration Assistant to join our team at our head office in Mt Eden.

Do you have a good understanding of financial basics and a qualification to prove it, a positive attitude and the ability to work autonomously? 

Role involves:

  1. Work on the preparation of monthly accounts and statutory requirements for Apex Advice Group and associated companies.
  2. Record new business commission from commission statements and insurers’ websites and prepare payments to Advisers.
  3. Set up and manage new Adviser agencies with insurers.
  4. Assist with the purchase of acquisitions as and when required
  5. Assist management, advisers, and administration teams when requested.
