Kevin Hickland

Kevin Hickland is passionate about ensuring that his clients are protected against the unknown.

A member of the Apex Advice team since 2001, Kevin has worked in all areas of financial services during his 17 years in this industry.

Recently, Kevin has focused on working with small to medium-sized businesses specialising in demystifying the complexities of risk and ACC cover. Kevin works with business owners and their families to ensure that their risk protection portfolio creates sensible business and succession planning in the event of accident, death, disability or serious illness.

In his spare time Kevin is passionate sportsperson. Whether in his role as Vice-President of the Marist Rugby Club or competing alongside his partner Marlene, a former Commonwealth and New Zealand representative lawn bowler, Kevin is never far from the action.  Fans of lawn bowls may also recognise Kevin as the voice of the summer lawn bowls season on Radio Sport and Newstalk ZB.
